CALL FOR TENDERS Framework Agreement for the Provision of Vocational Training Services & Trainers (8 Curricula)

ICU Lebanon invites qualified service providers to submit tenders for vocational training services under the RISE Project.

The contract covers 8 curricula (40-80 hours each):
1. Food Processing & Home-based Food Production
2. Sewing & Tailoring
3. Basic Electrical Work & Solar Energy Systems
4. Home-based & Urban Agriculture
5. Care Services (Childcare & Elderly Care)
6. Handicrafts & Recycling
7. Basic IT Skills & Freelancing
8. General Home Maintenance & Plumbing

Budget: 85,000 USD
Duration: 5 months (October 2026 – February 2027)
