#PROSIM project Lead Beneficiary (LB) and ICU Director Dr. Daniele Bonetti visiting this week the المركز الوطني للبحوث الزراعية National Agricultural Research Center in Jordan, one of PROSIM Project Mediterranean partners. During the past three days, several meetings have been held with the NARC Director General Dr. Nizar Haddad and PROSIM project National Coordinator in Jordan Dr. Luna Al Hadidi and important discussions have taken place at this prestigious research centre.

The main objective of this mission was to discuss several important issues related to the implementation of PROSIM project activities in Jordan and the dissemination of the results with the rest of the partners as well as with research institutions and other projects related to water management and climate change in order to further capitalise the innovative solution implemented during the project. The discussions also addressed the final reporting and possible modifications needed to achieve the project objectives in Jordan. Furthermore, the visit was a good opportunity for PROSIM’s LB to meet NARC’s team who are responsible for the effective implementation of our activities in Jordan thanks to their hard work and commitment to the project and to the improvement of their area. The LB also visited some of the installations and plots to monitor the implementation of the innovative solutions on field.
