ICU organizes a workshops on PV integrated irrigation systems in Lebanon and Jordan

05/04/2016 Within the framework of the PAEGC programme promoted by USAID ICU is pleased to announce that tomorrow, April 5^th 2016, will be held the first out of the three workshops on PV integrated irrigation system in Lebanon and Jordan, addressed to local farmers and cooperatives. The tomorrow’s workshop will be on the “Use of solar energy in the modern irrigation system and how to get subsidised energy credits”.

Program:

1. Project objectives and activities presentation
2. Presentation of solar energy technology and integration in drip irrigation system
3. Presentation of Kafalat and subsidised energy credit
4. Presentation of BLC bank activity in Kafalat credits and credits subsidised by Lebanese Central Bank
