Overview:
The action meets the emergency arose as a result of the earthquake of 15 August 2007 which caused enormous damage and destruction in the south of Peru, affecting in particular the community of Santa Cruz, located in the province of Cañete.
Activities:
– construction of 110 prefabricated houses;
– installation of kitchens, toilets;
– distribution of essential goods.
Results:
– construction of 96 houses of 24 m2;
– construction of 45 kitchens and 45 toilets;
– reconstruction of the network of water and sewer;
– purchase and delivery of 156 mattresses for a total of 272 beds;
– purchase and delivery of 207 hygiene kits;
– 8 laboratory-produced with the participation of the entire population.
