Overview:
1) Organization and implementation of vocational training courses for the OCA staff, in view of the new functions they will be called on to perform, as part of the strengthening process involving the OCA facility. The courses will be held by experts. Their work shall consist in: planning and delivering teaching activities; organizing, starting up and supporting the different healthcare services provided by the facility; supporting the staff in charge of the single service facilities in identifying all the aspects and implications of the new operational role they will be required to take on. The project also makes provisions for the purchase of equipment for the rehabilitation of disabled patients
and of the teaching materials for the continuous training of the OCA personnel.
Activities:
The operational strengthening of the OCA will be achieved through 3 types of actions:
1) Organization of the health services offered by the facility;
2) Personnel training and support;
3) Purchasing of equipment for the OCA.
